What obligations do I take up by registering?

None. You don’t have to mention your real name; you can use just a nickname instead. A valid email address is compulsory.

My preferred user name is already taken. What do I do?

If the user name already exists in the database, our system will ask you to pick another one. Please type either another user name, or combine it with a number.

I forgot my password

If you have lost or forgotten your password information, please use the “forgotten password” link and follow instructions.

Can I change my personal information once I registered?

Yes. You can make changes at any time, using the “Name Surname” link at the top left corner.

Will you notify me of new tips while I am logged on?

Yes, provided you have subscribed to a period, you are logged on and a new tip is just being added, the page will automatically refresh. If you are on a sub-page other than sub-page containing the tips, the system will notify you of a new tip added using a red alert in the bottom right corner of the webpage.

How else can you notify me of new tips?

Customers can choose from two possibilities of the fastest notification of new tips added:
1. Each customer who has subscribed to a period will receive SMS notifications of tips updates after a new tip or a series of tips have been added. This service is free and applies worldwide.
2. Only our company offers you a unique possibility of subscription to SMS automatically sent by the system containing information on specific tips. This service will make your betting faster and more comfortable.


The service can be enabled in your profile. Its activation requires verification of your mobile phone number using an authorization code.

Which time zone are the tips added in?

The tips are added in GMT + 1. During registration, you will select your time zone and subsequently the system automatically recalculates time of the tips according to your time zone.

Delete account

As registered user you can cancel your account at any time. When your account is closed, any positive balance will be paid out to you and the personal data stored encrypted. Deleting personal data is not possible because in order to ensure your security, this information has to be available should it be needed in pursuing cases of fraud. With this exception, data is subsequently not used by the company. The deletion of the personal data takes place with the expiration of the statutory period of limitation.
